ASPIRION Study

The ASPIRION study is looking into a new, investigational study drug (amlitelimab) for patients with celiac disease. The aim of the study is to see whether the investigational study drug, in combination with a gluten-free diet, can reduce the damage in the small intestine and what effect it has on the symptoms caused by celiac disease.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

Are 18 years or older

Have a biopsy-proven diagnosis of celiac disease

Have been on a gluten-free diet for at least 12 months but are still experiencing symptoms

Why Participate in Clinical Trials?

Not all clinical trials require you to consume gluten. Listen to this presentation from Dr. Dan Leffler as he explains current research techniques, the future of celiac disease treatments and the role of gluten in trials. While many studies do require some level of gluten exposure, there are some that do not. There is a trial out there for everyone!
