The purpose of the Professional Advisory Council (PAC) is to advise and assist Celiac Canada (CCA) in promoting the well-being of individuals affected with these conditions and to increase awareness among the public, government, and healthcare professionals.
The PAC also guides CCA on research funding priorities and encourages support for the association in furthering its goals. It develops and recommends policies and programs related to medical care, research and education aspects, setting high standards across those areas. The PAC is accountable to CCA for ensuring these standards meet the needs of our community.
