2 cups cut up Glutino Lemon Wafers
3 cups sliced strawberries
3 cups blueberries
4 x (6-ounce) containers Vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt
2 bananas, sliced
Zest of one lemon

Wash your hands with soap and water before beginning.

Use four drinking glasses to get exact portions/ beautiful design

Zest a lemon, ensuring not to get any of the pith into the mix. Toss the yogurt with the zest and reserve.

Layer 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/3 of the yogurt container, 1/3 of the sliced banana, and two tablespoons of the cut-up Glutino lemon wafers in each glass
