If snacking on plain raw vegetables doesn’t sound exciting, ramp them up with this delicious hummus dip!
Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
Hummus Ingredients
Vegetables - Use Any Combination
Instructions
Place first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Stir in yogurt, cumin, and black pepper, to taste.
Serve with raw vegetable sticks, and gluten-free crackers if you like.
