Extra virgin olive oil
Garlic
Tomato paste
Salt & pepper
Canned crushed tomatoes
Dried oregano
Fresh basil

Fresh mozzarella (3 oz.)

Instructions

Remove Oggi’s cauliflower crust from the freezer and let thaw for approximately 5–7 minutes.

Slice fresh mozzarella and remove excess moisture.

Sauté diced garlic in a saucepan for 1–2 minutes or until golden brown on medium heat.

Stir in tomato paste and let cook for approximately 2 minutes while continuing to stir.

Turn the heat to low and stir in crushed tomatoes.

Season to taste with oregano, salt, pepper, and basil.

Top Oggi’s pizza crust with extra virgin olive oil, pizza sauce, sliced mozzarella and shredded parmesan.

Preheat the oven to 450ª F.

Place pizza in the oven and bake at for 12–16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. The exact time will vary depending on your oven or cooking equipment.
