3 English muffins
0.5 tablespoon butter plus more for buttering the English muffins
3 slices Canadian bacon
3 slices American cheese
3 eggs
Instructions

Toast the English muffins and butter them to your liking.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook the Canadian bacon slices for 1-2 minutes on each side, then set them aside on a plate.

Place a mason jar lid or metal ring mold in the center of the pan and spray with cooking spray. Crack an egg into the ring, gently breaking up the yolk with a fork. Season with salt.

Pour 1/4 cup of water into the pan around the ring, cover the pan, and cook for about 1 minute until the egg is fully cooked.

Place a slice of American cheese on each English muffin half. Gently remove the ring from the egg and place the egg on top of the cheese. Repeat for the remaining eggs.
